Francesca's Foods was started by Sal Passalacqua, a native of Palermo, Italy, the home of the wood burning oven! He set out to provide homemade pasta and pizza dough to all of the local restaurants.
At Francesca's Foods we strive to provide consitent quality products that help restauarnts achieve their goals of offering authentic Italian products.
